The Role of Adirondack North Country Foods in

This conference will examine the ways local/regional foods contribute to community and economic development. Learn how communities are supporting and capitalizing on local food initiatives.
Engage in lively discussions related to policy, research and strategies that support and enhance consumer and institutional connections with local foods and the farmers and entrepreneurs who produce and process them.
