ANCA Partners with Heifer Project International in the Development of a Northern New York Farmers Partnership August 16, 2005 - The Adirondack North Country Association (ANCA) has recently entered into a partnership agreement with Heifer Project International (HPI) with funding awarded over a three-year period by Heifer Project International of $94,250.
