You’re invited to join the Adirondack Diversity Initiative (ADI) in Paul Smiths, N.Y. on November 12 for the return of the 2024 ADI Symposium! From beginning to end, this symposium will delight your senses, inspire, challenge, and invigorate as we explore new ideas and implement practices that help us better serve our communities.
This community gathering will empower residents, organizations and businesses to increase understanding and awareness and enact positive change toward a more welcoming and inclusive Adirondack North Country.

- Where: Paul Smith’s College VIC, 8023 NY-30, Paul Smiths, NY 12970
* Arrive early for coffee and networking at 9:00 a.m. Stay late to participate in outdoor activities from 3:30 until 5:00 p.m.
Please note, there is an option to register for the “Creating Inclusive Workplaces” virtual session only at a reduced rate of $20. This session is made possible through a USDA Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) awarded to ANCA to deliver educational programming to small businesses.
Registration costs includes symposium, welcome coffee and lunch.
