ANCA, in partnership with organizations across the region, will be hosting a free event titled “The Creative Economy: Re-imagining Our Rural Downtowns” on Tuesday, August 22 at 7:00 pm at the Harrietstown Town Hall in Saranac Lake, NY.
Philip Morris, chief executive officer of Proctors theater in Schenectady, NY, will engage the audience in a short presentation on his experiences revitalizing downtowns through creativity, imagination, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Following Philip's talk, North Country Public Radio's Ellen Rocco will moderate a round-table conversation featuring a panel of some of the region's most creative thinkers:
