New state law may bring more locally grown foods to school cafeterias

<p>Prompted by farmers from St. Lawrence County, state Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell, D-Theresa, announced that legislation she authored was signed into law last week by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.</p></div></div></div>
